Delivery Information
UK Mainland Standard
Free over £30. Delivery will take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive after you've placed your order. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail.
UK Mainland Express
Your delivery will be sent via First Class Royal Mail, dispatched the day after your order.
International Parcels
Delivery can take between 5 - 7 working days. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at your chosen delivery address. If you are not at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are not there to sign for your order, the courier will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative delivery arrangements. Please note, for international delivery, you the customer may have to pay custom/excise fees on your orders.
Local Pickup
Collect your goodies from The Emporium in Carlisle during shop hours. You will recieve an email when your order is ready for collection!
